The moment your payment is confirmed, an automatic notification is sent to our team. Our team sees your order and starts preparation: your note is written, they head to Masjid al-Haram, and the photo is taken.
Who Makes Up Our Team?
Our team consists of Muslims who have been residing in Mecca for many years. These people who visit Masjid al-Haram daily and know the Kaaba surroundings very well perform this duty at the sacred place on your behalf.
Each of them knows prayer times, recognises busy hours, and has the experience to find the best angle and the best light.
Do They Also Pray?
Yes. Our team prays on behalf of you and your loved ones while taking the photo. This is part of the service — not just a photo but a prayer is sent too.
How Do They Shoot Amid the Crowds?
Masjid al-Haram is crowded at all hours. Our team knows the relatively less crowded periods well, such as after Fajr, after Dhuhr, and late at night.
Is Each Shoot Unique?
Yes. A separate shoot is done for each order. Your note, your name, your moment — one of a kind.
