How Does My Photo Arrive?

When the photo is ready, you can access it in two ways:

• Email notification: An automatic email is sent to the address you provided in the order form
• Order tracking page: You can view and download your photo from the site's tracking page

What Is the Photo Quality?

Photos are delivered in high resolution. Use cases:

• Sharing via WhatsApp or Telegram
• Instagram and social media sharing
• Photo printing — as a framed gift
• Digital archiving — a permanent keepsake

How Do I Send the Photo to My Loved Ones?

The simplest way: download the photo and send it directly via WhatsApp. Most of our customers send the photo to their loved ones the moment they see it.

For a more special presentation, you can print and frame the photo — a particularly meaningful gift for elders.

How Many Days Is the Photo Stored?

Your photo remains accessible in our system for 30 days. After 30 days it may be removed from the archive, so we recommend saving a copy to your device.

What If You Don't Like the Photo?

If there is a technical issue with the photo (blurry, dark, etc.) please let us know — we do a reshoot free of charge.
